• We the members of Sisters In Unity, are a group of women, who are working diligently to make a positive difference in our own personal lives, as well as to positively impact the lives of our family members, and the lives of those who reside in the communities in which we live. We believe that all change begins within, and spreads outward, and hence we strive to live by our motto: “To Enhance The Role of Self, Family and Community”.

  We believe that in developing our inner strength, by focusing on the Creator, that we will ultimately help to reinforce all that is innately good in all of us. It is our heartfelt desires to live the best lives that we can, and in doing this hopefully it will help enhance the lives of those in our families, and communities.

  The members of Sisters In Unity believe in the mantra “It takes a village to raise a child”, and hence we host educational excursions where we introduce children to regions of the country which are vastly different from the communities in which they reside, with hopes of helping to positively broaden their perceptions of the world in which we live.

  In keeping with the our motto: “To Enhance Self, Family, an Community”, we the members of Sisters In Unity (SIU), host and/or participate in health fairs annually. We also administer a memorial scholarship fund, that is opened to those pursuing an undergraduate and/or graduate degree.

  Ultimately, we the members of Sisters In Unity, are your wives, grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, nieces, cousins, and neighbors, in essence we are the women in your community.
